The first fundraiser for Women Who Care was the performance of BIRTH that you might have seen on September 1st, 15th and 29th at the Iao Theatre in 2007. The second fundraiser was at Flatbread Pizza in Paia on Tuesday, November 13th from 5 - 9 p.m. In addition to great food, there was a silent auction(which is still going on below), an opportunity to meet some of the actresses of birth and an opportunity to ask questions of some of Maui's Birth Professionals. A portion of the proceeds from each pizza sale went to Women Who Care. Women Who Care is a newly formed non-profit dedicated to assisting Maui's women who are in need.
